The 7 Principles in the Inca Tradition.

The universe is build of endless forms of living energy, buildings, cities, stones, threes, the sun, humans and so on is all created of living energy. And all energies in the universe is connected and depending of each other.

This energy universe is control by the law of Ayni (which means holy exchange), if you get you must give and if you give you will get. It does not say that you have to give and get the same place, but it does say that there will be an exchange of energy. This law apply to all aspect of life.

In this tradition there is no good or bad, it is always defined as heavy (hucha) or light (sami) energy. And all energies is useful somewhere in the universe, and weather energy feels light or heavy depends on the person feeling it. Heavy energy is created by humans, with worries, greed, hate, envious and so on, and that is why the tradition teach how to get reed of those energies.

The physical body contains of living energy like everything else in the universe, and that is why it is possible to connect with everything in the universe. It means that it is possible to get light (sami) energy from the mountains, the stars, the sun and so on, the heavy (hucha) energy we can give back to where we get the light energy from like the sun or earth and then the earth or sun will transform it into light energy.

We humans are created in the image of Mother Earth (Pacha Mama), and we are connected to the earth and is a part of it. We can get energy and wisdom from the earth and all the natural elements that surrounds us.

Health in the Inca tradition means that we are i harmony with our self and with our surroundings, illness reflect that there is not harmony between our self or our surroundings.

Enlightment is for everybody, this is a natural part of the principle of Ayni. And at the same time, enlightment is a unfoldment of the 3 powers within humans. The power of the heart, The power of the mind and the power of the body.
